Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "era777" — refers to the era777 online betting platform, accessible at era777.cam, and all associated services, products, mobile interfaces, and support channels operated thereunder.
• "Platform" — the era777 website, progressive web application, and any other digital interface through which services are delivered.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable user account registered by an eligible player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — any natural person who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an Account on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, togel (lottery), or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive awarded to a Player by era777 under specified conditions.
• "Wallet" — the internal balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by era777 to validate a Player's identity and prevent fraud.
• "Applicable Laws" — all laws, regulations, and directives applicable to a Player's jurisdiction of residence and to era777's operations.

To register and use era777's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. era777 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending review.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence. Minors and persons declared legally incompetent may not register.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension without refund of bonuses.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through era777 or any responsible gaming program affiliated with era777.
6. Not a Restricted Person: Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of era777 and its affiliated companies are not eligible to open Player accounts or place wagers.

To access era777's services, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. The following obligations apply:

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian national ID (KTP) number or passport number, residential address, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• All information supplied during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. era777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• You must notify era777 immediately at support@era777.cam if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• era777 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests above Rp 10.000.000 will not be processed until KYC verification is fully completed.
• era777 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any Account, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, at its sole discretion and without providing specific reasons.

All financial transactions on era777 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• era777 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions.
• era777 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. era777 will not accept third-party deposits. Funds received from unverified sources will be held pending investigation and may be returned.
• era777 reserves the right to request proof of a deposit (e.g., bank transfer receipt or e-wallet transaction screenshot) before crediting funds in cases where a transfer cannot be automatically reconciled.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction; however, withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional processing time and enhanced verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified legal name. era777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts. In exceptional circumstances (system maintenance, fraud review, high-volume periods), processing may take up to 24 hours. era777 will notify affected Players via registered email or live chat.
• era777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, a security review, or an integrity investigation. era777 will communicate the reason for any delay to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
• Funds that have been credited as Bonus and have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the non-bonus portion of a Wallet balance is eligible for withdrawal until bonus turnover conditions are satisfied.

era777 offers various promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements (also called "turnover requirements" or "rollover") as specified in the applicable promotion. The wagering requirement represents the number of times the bonus amount — or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• era777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, era777 will honor the terms for Players who have already opted in and begun satisfying the wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Wallet at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, colluding with other Players, or placing offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine wagering risk — constitutes fraud. era777 will void all bonuses, cancel associated wagers, and may permanently suspend the Account.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets may contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute between 20% and 100%; some RNG slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are published on each promotion's detail page.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the era777 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. era777 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where explicitly permitted under a specific market's rules (e.g., certain pre-match cash-out scenarios).
• era777 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed failure. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Wallet at the staked amount.
• In the event of a disputed result, era777's decision — informed by official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or game provider — shall be final and binding.
• era777 operates a maximum payout policy. The maximum win per bet or per game session is Rp 2.000.000.000 unless a higher limit is explicitly published for a specific market or product. Winnings in excess of the cap will be reduced to the cap amount.
• era777 uses certified random-number generation (RNG) technology for all virtual and RNG-based games. Results are verified by independent third-party auditors to be provably fair and statistically consistent with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.
• Togel (lottery) draws are conducted according to official draw schedules published on the Platform. era777 accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy arising from a Player's failure to note the correct draw time.
• era777 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or close a Player's Account if betting patterns indicate systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus abuse, or any other conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.

• era777 is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We employ age verification measures at registration and during KYC review to prevent underage gambling.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session-time limits via their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately when lowered and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of era777.
• Game titles and content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under licence.
• Any unauthorized use of era777's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and, where warranted, legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, era777 hereby excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond era777's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, third-party payment system failures, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or your failure to notify era777 of a suspected security breach in a timely manner.
• Incorrect information provided by you during registration, KYC, or at any other point, including errors in nominated bank account or e-wallet details.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit era777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

era777's aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms, in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

era777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, including multi-accounting.
• Collusion with other Players or with era777 staff members.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software that artificially places wagers without human interaction.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims filed against era777 without legitimate grounds.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, era777 will communicate the suspension to the Player via registered email within 48 hours. The Player will have the opportunity to present their case within 14 days. Upon conclusion of the investigation, era777 will either reinstate the Account or close it permanently with a detailed written explanation.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned via the Player's last verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which era777 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and era777, the following process shall apply:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact era777's support team and allow a minimum of 14 days for era777 to investigate and respond to the complaint.
2. Escalation: If the matter is not resolved informally to the Player's satisfaction within 14 days, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to support@era777.cam with full details, supporting documentation, and the resolution sought.
3. Third-Party Mediation: If a formal complaint remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to an independent third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties in writing.

era777 does not guarantee that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their place of residence.

era777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process governs amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
• Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.
• The date at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
